I installed the trial version in my computer, and ran the whole thing in order... the last two was a full scan after reboot, and then it poped up to do the Grime Fighters thing..
and when it finally booted up windows, one error is persistent: "Hard error". No matter what program I try to run, even explorer.exe on the first reboot, it pops up a windows stating "Hard Error..."and then the options of "accept"or "cancel"... and nothing semms to work properly.
I closed the user sesion and reopened a couple of times, and did nothing,. Eventually I shut down the computer, which took a considerable amount of time. And when it restarted (apparently, so far) everythign works again... I would love to send a log if someone can tell me where to look for it, so someone can tell me what happened. Since I did nothing to fix it, I am concerned that this could happen again on a future reboot...
