The Ripoff Report allows users over the age of 14[2] to post free, un-moderated and uncorroborated complaints known as 'reports' which contain details of the user's experience with the company or individual listed in the report.

but the site admits that it neither investigates, confirms or corroborates the accuracy of submissions
The name of the website says it about all. They are trying to ripoff companies.

Anyway, the problem is that fling is malicious and the owner should remove the bad things.
When everything is removed, avast will allow it again.

(((((((((((((( update)))))))))))))))))))

well sure is funny that fling.com has been talking with me on phone, and they have found nothing  (I.T.) guys! further more no one else has called in about it, they have a toll free number online and are great about answering the phone, i never have waited more then 2 mins!

sure those links are going to show the site with a bad reputation, it's a adult site, but i have never had a problem with them and i have been a member for 8 years! I have friends on there also, no problems! a lot of conservative people make up bad things about those sites because they want to see them gone, but lets not get off track...

It is avast that is reading that website as malware , avast does this automatically, little to no human interaction! they just block  anything that has a poor site review, there is nothing wrong with that site and my pc is clean!  the problem is avast!!!

In a few days it will be unblocked, because avast with look into it, as i have wrote a support ticket! then they will see they made another mistake! just google and look how many people are having this same issue with other sites blocked by avast, but finding nothing on their pc, yet they cant access a site, hmmmm funny huh!?

the other things is, avast needs to let me (the user) decide if a site is harmful or not before blocking it!! avast is making money off this, they told me they can unblock it and help me if i pay, hmmmm, see how this works now ;-) it's a nice scam from avast! people wake up!!!!!!

Do you guys even realize that 95% of all  malware, virus, etc is false and made up by av company's to stay in business!!!...and all those links you sent me are  paid off by CEO's from avast and other av company's!  why,  ...for the all mighty dollar!

one last thing to think about, when's the last time your pc really crashed or your info was stolen? all you see is this pop from avast saying you where protected! it's a lie,  99% of the time it is nothing!!  do your research!

here's a link for you, from a real website that speaks the truth!!! avast is a scam!

Yes, Avast! is a scam. We only have a Teacher here that actively uses it. yes, this is making sense, because why would a Virus removal teacher actively use (According to you) a "Rogue" security program? YOu want a bullshit program that won't protect you? Use Windows Antivirus Master or something.

Let's compare Avast! to an actually rogue program.

And this

I called the support line on 2/11/14 for assistance. I allowed them to remote in to my computer to correct the problem. They told me Avast would not work properly due to problems with my computer (which made no sense to me) and I would have to purchase a service contract ($179!!) to fix it. I told them I'd think about it.

Is third party support. Not related to AVAST!. So that review isn't implicable.

This just happens when users go into denial. They will start bashing the messenger of bad news. That is the behavior of the "instant" generation.
Ripoff report then is the best site for reliable information (it is not). Site is compromised: http://labs.sucuri.net/?blacklist=ripoffreport.com
They like to brush up their image: http://www.aboutus.org/BadBusinessBureau.com
The ripoff report site does not survive the Spam check: Suspicion of Spam

It's made worse by the fact he can't watch his porno's anymore. And we are simply doing our job and protect him. Oh well.

@RinaGomez,

If you really need to watch porn that bad? Why wouldn't you use a free website? (EG: PornHub if I'm not mistaken). The better question at hand is, if you're really that PO'd with Avast! Why don't you just disable the shield? Then watch it? No, simply your solution is blinded, and you later uninstall Avast!.

You are the 1% that can live with yourself exposing yourself to the malicious side of porn. Polonus just ripped that site you used to shreads and showed it's history of spam, cookies and th fact it's currently hacked. You're feeding yourself a bunch of lies. Why?

Hey Michael (alan1998), FYI im a female, second it's not a porn site, it's an adult hook up site, like match.com but more geared to hooking up! I have never had a problem or any infections on my PC with this site for the last 8 years, i have ran many scans, (boot) and (reg)- my PC is clean runs great!!

this is a false positive from Avast, and once again if you do your research before you speak Michael, and read all my posts, i do unblock it for now until avast fix's this, again because they prey on the weak, hoping to get money for suckers to pay to fix it, if you read my older posts here, you would see that they offered to fix it for me, if i pay for the 1 year phone support, scam!! it's a bait and switch scam, AV's have been doing this for years and they know it! avast is no different!!!!

*****and sure avast has a free version, but think how many people have experienced this problem, and how many people have paid to fix this problem, when really there was no virus, etc,  ITS A SCAM, ONE OF THE GREATEST SCAMS ON THE NET, GOOGLE IT, I SPEAK THE TRUTH AND ANYONE ELSE HERE SAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT IS NOT VERY EDUCATED IN AV SCAMS, AND YES EVEN AVAST SCAM PEOPLE THIS WAY!!!!!

Just because avast is a pretty good AV, does not mean they don't take advantage of people! most people feel it's a real treat and they don't want to turn off there AV so they almost feel they have to pay to get this fixed so they can get to there site! car dealerships have been doing this for years, they deliberately  make cars break down, why? ... so you will bring the car back and put more money in there dealerships, did you know dealerships make more money off there parts and labor then the sales, well guess what, so do AV programs!!! get it now!?!?!

Sorry, now instead of porn, we are now onto people stalking and DOX'ing eachother. Gets even better lol.

You're complaining about 3rd Party support lines. Not Avast!. if you have an issue with the support you've been given, email this guy (riley@avast.com).
but now you are here and i can see the light  .....i amm save, i was blind but now i can see the light, halleluja

Thank the gods, we are saved from this sinful scam of Avast! Lol

Furthermost;  that is a very poor argument that the phone support is a 3th party company- not avast!!!

This is how i know people here don't know what there talking about, THAT PHONE SUPPORT HAD TO PAY AVAST!! SO IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE LOCATED IN SOUTH AMERICAN OR THE PHILIPPINES, AVAST GETS A PERCENTAGE OF EVERY SUCKER THAT PAYS FOR PHONE SUPPORT OR REMOTE ACCESS  TO YOUR PC! HOW DO YOU I KNOW THIS YOU MIGHT ASK?  I HAVE A UNCLE THAT WORKS FOR THE FBI in NYC.

DID YOU KNOW THAT AVAST AND OTHER AV'S HAVE ACTUALLY HAD HACKERS CREATE TROJANS, VIRUS, MAL, ETC TO FURTHER THERE MONEY MAKING SCAMS!

UNLESS YOUR A CIA AGENT, HACKER, OR A BIG COMPANY, YOU WILL NEVER EXPERIENCE A TRUE HACK, AND THAT'S A FACT, ALL YOU SEE IS THESE LITTLE  POP UP'S THAT SAY AVAST SAVED YOU FROM A VIRUS,  WHEN IN FACT IT WAS NOTHING! THIS WAS  ALL  DESIGNED TO GET MONEY FROM YOU!!

ANYONE TELL'S YOU DIFFERENT  IS LYING TO YOU, I GOT THIS FROM MY FBI UNCLE!  FACTS!!
