I'm new here and really hope someone can help me out.
Every time I log into my PC, a small message comes up bottom right hand corner in RED stating that AVAST cant install the updates. I've clicked on the updates manually but 2 different error messages comes up. One is - unknown error, skin is not complete and a huge list below. Then the 2nd error comes up.

I also run Microsofts AntiSpyware program. And it found spyware on my PC and when I click on the continue button so it can do what it does with the spyware it shuts off my firewall. I just don't understand. Also when I click on anything a message comes up that it can't find the server' and I have to click on it again. I just have to keep fighting with everything to get to work on my PC.
