The poor man's rootkit revealer
« on: July 10, 2005, 04:45:13 PM »
Hi folks,

In the future rootkit installations will rapidly transform to avoid detection. To find them up from an non-compromised XP environment, this could be a "poor man's" solution,  8) . A fine solution by the man Bart from Kootwijkerbroek in the Netherlands. Kootwijkerbroek was the place where we had our radio stations in the Long Wave Band. Who remembers the days of Long Wave Radio?,

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!

I've been using this for about a year now, and I must say that it is excellent! I would recommend everyone to have one of these cd's handy incase of disaster.  ;)
