I'm a regular user of Avast internet security, but my license is about to expire. Normally everything for this to do is within Avast. There appear reminders, and there is a button to renew the membership/license. The kind of subscription and number of years are neatly shown. When I tick what I want a new pop-up window appears 'Your web store is loaded .. please wait..'
Finally the pop-up is showing the interface of a web store, but my order is not shown, !! It must be something with my computer I guess, because with another computer with Avast, the behavior is completely normal.
How to renew my membership? What is this strange behavior? Can I renew online?
