Hi Guys, I tried a search on this to see if Avast! detects this new so called iBanking Trojan that apparently infects Facebook on Android devices, but could not find anything relevant. Are Avast! and Avast! Mobile Security users protected against this threat?

Hi, we can't say for sure without having the actual sample of what you're talking about. Anyway, we're doing our best to keep you protected.

Oh, thought I had said what I was talking about. Anyway, most other AV providers have it covered so I am surprised Avast! doesn't know about it yet. Details here if it helps:

Yes, it's being detected as Android:Ibanking-A [Trj].
