A suggestion.....if you see this each time on boot perhaps an autorun program not valid anymore.
Here is a Microsoft Util.....very easy, very straight forward, just run it and see tab for login or everything, etc. what is valid and what is not.

It's the first time I've seen it, and I haven't seen it since yesterday. So I think I'm good.
