Because of a strange popup in Chrome I saw yesterday I suspect that a virus might be causing a black screen on my mobile - in all states so I can't even enter the SIM code ...
Is it possible to scan the phone remotely (I have Avast Mobile installed but can't use it on the phone itself)? Or maybe possible to scan a back-up of the phone?
