Could you please do something with my problems at GrimeFighter ??
Her you have the info I send, after first having send the same in danish, with a response very quickly saying, that I had to send in english ... since then I get no response:

and are in a position to decide next step.
If you only are able to help costumers, if they don't write in danish,
could you then please explain to me:
How can you then send me my order receipt in danish ??
How can you run my products in danish ??
Beside that no one have told me, where your experts are located, so why
shouldn't I write in danish.
Maybe your informations to costumers could need an update.
If maybe you have an office in Denmark to connect with danish costumers,
why can't we then have a costumer service here as well ??
To my problems:
1.
This problem is, that your program 'Grime Fighter' are able to search my computer for failures,
but when it comes to fix these, with help from you 'expert team', I get a message saying:
"There seems to be problems with your internet connection, please connect with a cable to sort out this problem."
But I am already using a direct cable connection, and I am using a 30/30 GB fiber connection, so if this should not be good enough for you to work, then I don't see, how you can help others.
2.
Your program claims, that my router is open for traffic to my computer from the internet,
and you want me to trouble shoot my router.
I am not using my wireless router at the moment, so I can't see, how you can come to such a result ??

When I try to play with on that trouble shooting, your experts finds a lot of wireless routers in my neighbourhood, but they don't find mine.
How come they don't find my router, when they tell me, they can see, I have a safety problem ??
If I am connected to the internet, and they don't find my router, why doesn't that tell these experts, that I might be connected in another way ??
4.
All of this have now done, that I don't want to use your expertise any longer, because I am not very convinced, that you know, what you are doing, so please tell me:
What do I have to do, to get my payment from the 12, of may back ??
I can't find 'GrimeFighter' anywhere on my computer, beside inside 'Avast Internet Security', and under that there are no place to uninstall, and neither are there under my map 'Avast' in the main journal, so:
How do I uninstall Avast GrimeFighter again ??
I would actually prefer to cut the connection to you all the way, but I have so far been satisfied with your program 'Avast Internet Security' ... so that will continue from my side ... but I am really not impressed of the way, you in such a short time have been able to mess up so much.
