Action center showed that I either needed to turn on Windows Defender or install Avast. I updated to the latest version, no problems whatsoever but I don't know what is shown in the screenshot means.

It is a really old bug in the action/security center.
The bug is there since Windows XP.
Just reset the security/action center and it shows everything correct again.

It reset after I installed Avast. I would just like to know what the errors mean. It shows more than 1.
