Existing users can use integrated Smart AutoUpdate feature to update :)

I'd also like to ask Alwil team if interval check is also used in avast! Pro?
From what i heard it's also used and PUSH mechanism only for emergency VPS releases. Is that true?

avast! Update Interval Time: Powered by PUSH Update System minutes
Just a tiny bug/error I think.
The "minutes" shouldn't be there.

One other thing. "Visit Security OP's website" opens IE.
Personally I would like the site to be opened in the default browser.

Thats actually my preference since majority of web scanners require ActiveX in order to work. Trend Micro (Java version) and single file scanners are exception.
Thats the main and only reason why i prefer executing IE6 instead.
Also all pages on my site are safe,so there shouldn't be any problem browsing them with IE6.
For example AEC VPS updater will open default briowser even if it's Opera or Mozilla. Hm,tough decision...

Hehe, just got idea while writing this post ;D
I could add a simple popup message with option to select if you want to use default browser or IE6...

Thanks for idea Eddy :)

Oh,is now that "minutes" stuff fixed?

Yup, the 'minutes' is fixed.
It now shows:

avast! Update Interval Time: Powered by PUSH Update System

And sofar I haven't found any other errors/bugs.
Everything seems to be working like it should.
