Hi everyone! I hope someone can help me with with problem.
So, something went wrong with my phone and I had to reset it. But before I did, I needed to backup my phone contacts and messages and call logs. I used avast's Mobile Backup & Restore. After I successfully back up my files needed, I reset my phone.
After I configure it, I downloaded the app again. I logged in with the same username and password.
I looked for the restore option. When I see it, it only appears to be "archived" and I cannot restore the files. I don't know what went wrong. I can't have my contacts, messages back. It's really important to me and I'm so frustrated right now. I couldn't find any help on the internet that is why I decided to post it here. I hope someone can really help me with this. I'd be forever grateful if someone can fix this. Thank you so much!
