MovieTube.com ... Legit, Legal, Safe? - RESOLVED -

My brother-in-law asked me about this site.  Someone had suggested it to him.  I told him that while I've never heard of it, I just get a bad vibe about it.  With the words "Movie" and "Tube" in the same name, it somehow conjures up illegal, not legit and not safe.

Is my gut feeling correct?  Is this a site to stay light years away from?
