when I try to scan a new downloaded folder or file I get ????? as the scan

and it takes a really long time to scan even a 20 meg file

I am using internet security pro with all updates windows 7 64 with all updates

- Which version of AIS..??
- Other security related software installed..??
- Which AV(s) did you use before avast!..??
