another question about browser addon

Periodically avast tells me I have an add-on with a poor rep.  The addon is called VLC ActiveX Plugin.... although I never installed it, I suppose it could have sneaked in.

But when I go to Manage Addons and look for that VLC Addon, I don't see it anywhere.

Can anyone tell me where I can see it?
