Administrators are in short supply (1), Moderators, less so and it depends on what it is that you want as they may well have the powers to resolve if you have a problem.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Well I work for a company that has been having issues with customers using VPNs and we really have no go tos in these situations. I was wondering if I could speak with a admin or mod of Avast and try to figure out a solution.

If your TOS say it is not allowed and the customers still keep using a VPN, block them.
This is something between the company and the customers, avast has nothing to do with that.

Besides, board admins/moderators are here to manage the webboard.
