I tried to install AVAST! Primier in windows 8.1

And he got a pop-up message. So i  could not install avast. can I know how to resolve this issue?

message was " error: HTMLayout.dll cannot be loaded to properly start GUI. therefore process cannot continue. "

Hi, can you verify that you are actually installing the latest Beta? We did attempt to solve this issue for all our customers but we cannot be certain if we actually did so due to nature of the problem. Are you able to open your regional settings (http://windows.microsoft.com/is-is/windows/change-country-region-setting#1TC=windows-7)?

i tried to install avast! beta version, but i couldn't resolve this issue.

and i couldn't change regional settings.

You should be able to fix it by creating a registry key named HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\ExtendedLocale.

You should be able to fix it by creating a registry key named HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\ExtendedLocale.

Just to thoroughly document can you put the details of what the key is ?, value ?, etc.
