Adobe Flash should be at version: 14.0.0.125
You can check which one is installed here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

You can download latest versions here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

You just need to select which one you need for your system. Active X is for Internet Explorer
.. Plug In one is for Firefox, Opera, Safari

Thanks, but that does not address the problem of the pop up not working, and I know how to get the latest versions of things.
