After I update the SOA with information needed for users PC's, what does it take to "Push" that out to everyone? Is that something I can initiate or does it happen nightly?

If you mean when you change the settings for the computer group, I have the same question/problem...
It seems the only way to get the machines to pull the new settings is to re-install the client. It would be nice to get an answer from avast support on this. I have several clients set up with the SOA and they all behave the same way. If I update the group settings on the SOA, it doesn't push to the clients.

you dont need to re instal, then it looks like SOA have communication problem with clients, restart avast net client service on client machine is enough to get connected with SOA, if it fails you may need check the client logs
