On nearly every occasion that I have used the SafeZone, I have had difficulty in shutting down my computer. I did report this problem to Avast a couple of months ago and they advised me to re install the programme,which I did but there was no noticeable improvement. Recently I again re installed Avast and there was a slight improvement but on one occasion my computer just froze up.
The present position is that about 70% of the time, after using SafeZone, I can only shut my computer off by switching off all power, which means that I have to use the Safe Mode to turn it on when next needed.
Has anyone had a similar problem or does anyone know how to resolve this problem as I really like the SafeZone feature but not the inconveniences that it is causing me.
