Browser cleanup seems in it's infancy which is fair enough.
It's probably been mentioned that there needs to be a link to take you to the ratings page so you can view them. I already have seen that there will hopefully be soon the fix that never rated plugins are not rated as poor.
False positives or not however, I cannot use it as it forces me to set my home page (not affected by the plugins) to either bing or yahoo. I don't want to do this.
There should be an option not to change your home page.
