will not delete avast

I have a problem with my pc and need to delete avast as think its causing a conflict with other programs. logged on as administrator and when i try and delete say need administrator  permission to makes changes... i am the administrator!!!!

HI, download this and run it from safe mode: http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avastclear.exe

Go to Avast UI>Settings>General and save your settings at the bottom of the page if possible.
