Every time I boot, I am getting an Avast popup message that states: We've safely aborted connection on t1.symcb.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist.

I Did a full scan, but no infections found. It appears that svchost is automatically trying to open up a URL on boot? Any suggestions? Thank You
