Updating Computer

Hi,

I have to reformat my computer since I have technical problems with my laptop.
I currently have a proAntivirus annual subscription.
What happens after my laptops gets reformatted?
How to I retrieve my subscription and have it work on my newly formatted laptop?

nothing.... you install avast and insert your license
you did save the license/mail you got it in?

or ask to resend   http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php
