Used to see potential errors in files
« on: July 10, 2014, 07:50:49 PM »
In the previous version of Avast for my Mac I would run it and it would show me details, such as potential errors in files, or if a container (zip. rar) was too large to scan.

Is that feature removed?   I can't seem to find how I did that before.

Anyone have an answer for OP?

Since Avast has changed/updated I can't look at which files were not scanned.  The number went from a usual 25 or so to 400 for me.  I'd like to see which files aren't being scanned.  Not really understanding why we lost the ability to look at this info...maybe I'm just missing something?

It is still there. In context menu of the scan report (right click), you can switch between viewing the infections found or the errors.
