 Ticket ID: PDE-914-72360  no movement on this ... this was posted to you 15/06/ 2014 no one has bothered to reply  except to say they had received it  do you not respond to people in the UK!!!!

I have flagged a mod for you. But could you explain for what? Why? Product? Is it GrimeFighter? If so, are yuo using Windows 8+?

REFUND PLEASE THIS TRASHED MY SYSTEM AND REPLACED MY MOZZILA FIREFOX WITH YAHOO AND MY GOOGLE CHROME WITH BING BOTH OF ARE CRAP AND DESTROYED THE SETTINGS LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO DO A SYSTEM RESTORE FOR THE DAY BEFORE You need to look at the browser cleanups it made no mention of my browsers but installed bing and yahoo instead and this was no quick option change it screwed it up completely  on 8.1

As far as I'm aware, Grimefighter does not work on W8 or 8.1
