It's a forum assigned name given when you reach a certain posting level.

A bad choice of names on a security forum. :o.  We come here to avoid bots.

It just shows the forum administrator has a sense of humour as it is a post count based comment. That to attain so many posts 20,000 and more that it 'maybe a bot.' See https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=93015.0 for the various groupings.
