Avast Secure Line License problems

Also erst mal in Deutsch

Mein Problem ist folgendes, wenn ich meine gekaufte Lizenz für Secure-Line herunterladen und aktivieren möchte bekomm ich von Avast eine Lizenz für Internet-Security was ich ebenfalls gekauft habe. Bis jetzt habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden die richtige Lizenz herunterzuladen. Was ebenfalls sehr Ärgerlich ist, ist dass der Support anscheinend keine Lust hat auf meine Mail zu antworten :/

My Problem is that when I try to activate my License for Secure-Line the Programm says its for Internet-Security ?! I havent fount anything to download the correkt Lizense. And the Support doesnt answer my mails... :/

Hi and welcome.
If you are not aware, You have to purchase a 'separate' license for Secureline VPN Service.

The OP is right.

You can not choose which produkt you want the license to be resend for. The email they send to you does mention all your valid licenses, but they only add the license file for the ( paid ) AV product.

Edit: Just to add, I run Paid Premier version and also 1 year license for Secureline VPN service and have for 2 years.
I have always received 2 different emails for the Avast Premier License and the Secureline VPN service and have to insert the licenses separately in the GUI. ;)
