avast! Causing BSOD with astikmdag.sys

I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that avast! was causing the BSOD. When I uninstalled avast! and installed MSE my BSOD disappeared. Here is the conversation:

I meant atikmdag.sys not astikmdag.sys
