avast GrimeFighter PC Sedated screen

I can't beleive this software is the WORST thing i HAVE ever bought

The screen says ... YOUR computer is now asleep, calling in our tehnical team ... for hours and is ding nothing ...

What  can I do ?????

Any help PLEASE ...... this software sucks
