avast small office administration install issues

I have upgraded our servers to windows 2012 r2.  I downloaded avast small office administration and installed.  When I pull up the webpage to log in, it can't find the page.  When I go to services, all the services are running except sql server agent avast is running.  When I click on  it to start it, I get a comment that it started and then stopped that some services only run when needed.  Help!  It worked on the server before I upgraded.

I found that it only works in firefox.  I noticed though that it is not working on windows 2012 well.  Anyone else have issues with this?

Try to access the console from the IE's InPrivate Mode.
