Avast Constantly Telling Me Its Blocked 2 Sites.

Every 5 minutes, Avast has been telling me its blocked two sites.

I really, really, want this to stop because its begun to get extremely annoying. Can someone tell me how to stop this?

this indicate a infection.....something is trying to phone home

follow instructions in "Logs to assist in cleaning malware" guide, that you find at top in viruses and worms forum section
