Hello,
Just today I open my Brower ( Internet Explorer) and Avast came up with a message with a ding noise, URL:MAL hxxp://getusaaall.info/?e=pcho&cht=2&dcu=1&cpatch=2&dcs=1&pf=1&unp=Azm9CdOLv7DVDyxECyFPg7x9Ae0KBfUKAe4MBG0VWznLDe4PBNq9geFI
I put it in my ignore list ( exclusions) and it still came up. Regardless whatever I do it comes up! Plus it said that the source was for SVCHOST.EXE from system 32. I am not sure what this is and I need help getting rid of this " URL:MAL hxxp://getusaaall.info/?e=pcho&cht=2&dcu=1&cpatch=2&dcs=1&pf=1&unp=Azm9CdOLv7DVDyxECyFPg7x9Ae0KBfUKAe4MBG0VWznLDe4PBNq9geFI"
                                                                     Thanks! :)

While waiting for a qualified remover to appear, some background info on the infection on hand:

adware and DNS hijacker.
Follow the instructions from the qualified remover to the dot,
