I this were to become a regular occurance, then I would say it warrants further investigation, but for something sporadic the effort chasing the problem may be worse than the symptom.

You should be able to check what 'PID' 1992 is in task manager, it may or may not help.

You don't say what version of avast you have Home or Pro?
What is your OS? - I'm assume XP
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Is the error only mentioned once?
If so, ignore it for now, but keep an eye on it.
If it happens again, let us know.
The error means the database could not be opened correctly.

OK I will let you know, it has happened only twice, but that was yesterday7/21/05, the second error was like 5 minutes later from the first error, both reading the same thing, I will watch it closely and let you know, one thing I did notice and I liked it was when I go into the event viewer from control panel on my computer, it also has the Avast error log you can read it there also with my computer application and System events, have you noticed that? that is nice, the other so called AV software i owned did not do that, really awesome
