A few things I noticed:
Quote
It's 100% immune to un-wanted add-(ons such as Ask Toolbar) or similar
- It is however vulnerable to many new(er) malwares.
- It can't handle the newest security certificates/tls standards. Yes, TLS. SSL is old school and replaced.
Quote
It can split screen vertically so that I can, for example watch something on YouTube on my left side of the screen, while I'm on forum or somewhere else on the Internet in the right part of the screen.
You can choose "open in a new screen" with Chrome and other browser to watch two things (or more) at the same time.
Quote
It uses ONLY around 20-30% of the CPU resources (Chrome uses 100%) It uses ONLY a few megabytes of RAM memory.. Incredible browser!
Try Opera ;) Incredible? I agree, incredible vulnerable to infections.

Whole REGION of Republic Srpska is unable to acces your forum via the Google Chrome.
And everyone is using the same ISP?

Ever thought it could be the local government that is screwing with things?

The list the other way around: http://www.nirsoft.net/countryip/rs.html

We have a qualified Serbian removal expert here on our forums and I have never heard a similar story from him.
I will ask him for a confirmation of this situation or whether he is aware.

No, it is not related only to me.
Whole REGION of Republic Srpska is unable to acces your forum via the Google Chrome.
But on all of those computers access to forum IS POSSIBLE if the user is using - Netscape browser.
You might wanna look in to this... :/

(Affected Internet Service Provider is named telekom srpska)
That is an ADSL line.

I'm also using m:tel (ex Telekom Srpske) ADSL and I have no problem accessing this forum. :)

EDIT:
Both Firefox 31 and portable Chrome 36 are able to load this forum pages.

Hello,

I am assuming that you are able to view from NetScape due to it not checking the connection.

It is possible to replicate this error here as well, using a certain internet connection(s) and various sites.

Hi !Donovan,

Probably BulmaSoft had another "RipVanWinkle moment", certainly is not with the Telekom Srpske ADSL guys.

well, although i don't know what one might mean by "the whole region", but I'm experiencing the exact problem with the forum, while connecting from Greece and a Greek ISP.
i connect to the Internet through my desktop, on which the router is attached through a cable. i have also created a home wireless LAN, and i use a laptop to go on line through that. i use chrome and avast (completely same versions) on both machines. the problem that occurs is that on the PC, i cannot access the forum through chrome or IE, but i can through opera. chrome produces the message BulmaSoft has uploaded with the same explanation/details, while IE gives the "cannot display page" message. i think that this behavior has appeared more or less the same period - no longer than two months ago.

I've been on this problem for a few days now and , to cut a long story short (to not mention workarounds I've tried to no avail), i have discovered this:
i have no problem accessing the forum through the laptop. and now for the somewhat creepy details. i exported the certificate on my laptop and copied it to my PC, both through the wireless and by USB flash.
outcome: the exact same certificate is accepted on one machine (laptop) and rejected on the other (PC). the only difference  i observed is that the valid signature algorithm (Sha256RSA) changes to 1.2.840.11.... on transfer.

i would say that this is not a local problem (country, ISP) but also it is (the machine).

Any ideas?

PS. I've used avast for years and i trust it, although i can't say the same for chrome - it's the relation with IE too.

Update:
I checked on an other PC with IE8 (same as mine), Chrome and Firefox, and a different ISP. the machine is as good as new, meaning it has had a clean install recently and the usage is mainly of simple games and surfing news sites. the only software difference is the comodo internet security/firewall freeware. The same behavior - not connecting to the forum, with altered signature algorithm of the certificate.

Detail: the Hosts file was 'pristine', with only the "127.0.0.1 localhost" (if my memory serves me correct) entry. Didn't look any further than that.

greetings and thanks

You could always get rid of Comodo and use the firewall in Windows 8.
It's worked without problems for me since early beta testing days of Windows 8
and, I didn't have to add any other software to my system. :)
