[Help] Cant install Avast

Hello everyone!

I have a problem when install avast in my computer. My PC was reinstalled Win7 . Normally, I want install Avast and it's ok, I did it 4 times for the others PCs, but I have a bug in this time
This is my bug when setup of Avast is loading, the main setup screen doesn't appear

I think my win7 have problem, I don't know how to fix that, I don't wanna reins win7 again, pls help me. Thanks all!

Is it a fresh installation of windows or a factory reset?

If it is a fresh installation
- did you install ALL drivers for it?
- did you go to the windows update website to install all available updates?
