Download the correct version of the System Update Readiness Tool from here
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows7/What-is-the-System-Update-Readiness-Tool
then follow the simple instructions at the bottom. Once the SURT has completed reboot and try updates again

i alrady tried the problem solver of microsoft and the system update readiness tool,
both didnt solve it.

OK it is probably a CBS error and the only sure fire way of fixing that is to repair windows
