Download the correct version of the System Update Readiness Tool from here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows7/What-is-the-System-Update-Readiness-Tool then follow the simple instructions at the bottom.  Once the SURT has completed reboot and try updates again

i alrady tried the problem solver of microsoft and the system update readiness tool,
both didnt solve it.

i tried system file checker but it says the requested opperation could not be executed (see attachment)

Do you have a KB number for one of the failed updates and we will try to kick start with an offline update

tried downloading that one from the microsoft website, installed, rebooted, still the error

OK it is probably a CBS error and the only sure fire way of fixing that is to repair windows
