Avast randomly stops running on my mobile

I have Avast premium installed on my mobile and used to feel well protected, but over the last few weeks it has stopped running at least 3 times.
I have the phone set to switch of at night and turn on in the morning.  I am not sure if Avast fails to start when the phone boots up, or if it starts and then terminates later.
Is there a log file I can check on the phone to see if I can find why this happens?

I have had similar issues but more frequently. Like every single day at work where i log unto WI-FI network. I'm Android 4.3 on an Samsung I9500. Everyday I go to log unto the office Wi-Fi avast! stops momentarily then starts back on its own once I've logged unto the network
