Scan confirmation message on mail

Can Avast! 4 place a message on in and out emails advising something like :-

“No virus found in this message.
Checked by Avast! Anti-Virus.

No message at the moment

Check the option "Insert note into clean message" in the configuration of the corresponding resident provider (Internet Mail probably).
