Hi there, do the files these links point to get updated often? I think I downloaded it this morning and it says last updated June 26th 2014?

The last program release, 9.0.2021 was on that date, so the program will be the latest. When installed it may well play a little catch up on the VPS Updates; other than that it should be just fine.
