Anti-theft blocked my own phone!
« on: August 06, 2014, 07:33:30 PM »
Hello!

I've got dual-sim samsung galaxy s4 mini. It's rooted and there was anti-theft for rooted phones. Everything was OK.
But recently I've swapped my sims and it became blocked. I've pushed button to send sms. So, where should I look for the pin? On my "friend №1"'s phone there is no PIN, just message that phone was blocked. If it should be sent to my own sim, so should be on the phone - I've tried to look for the PIN on sms-file database from phone - there is no sms with PIN!
I can't unlock the phone from my.avast, I can't change pin in settings, I can't find PIN nowhere, HELP ME! There are a lot of important things there!!

As I understoond the sms-pin should be sent to my account too, but I can't imagine where should it be (http://prntscr.com/4a6eut).

Send me new pin to my account!

Hi,

I'm not sure if it should be sent to your account, but I'm sure you should be able to change your PIN from the account. Try looking into the "Change Settings" at the bottom right corner. I think there should be an option to set a new PIN.
