After installing avast! Endpoint Protection Suite Plus we have a user whose Login screen becomes inactive after selecting his profile. There are 3 user accounts to chose from, and after making his selection the profile picture/name/password box are not shown and only the screen's background image remains. The computer is completely unresponsive apart from mouse movements and a hard reboot is required. This has happened 3 mornings out of 5 or 6 since installing, and no other software has been installed. A boot scan has revealed no viruses.
