Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that
THENDownload and Install Combofix Download
ComboFix from one of the following locations:

IMPORTANT -
Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link
here - Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
- Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks
- When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
- Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.[/b]
Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.3. fixlist.txt, au même endroit que FRST.exe
Exécutez FRST et appuyez sur Fix
À l'issue de qu'un journal sera généré s'il vous plaît poster qui
PUIS Télécharger et installer Combofix Télécharger
de ComboFix depuis l'un des emplacements suivants :

* IMPORTANT - désactiver votre AntiVirus et AntiSpyware demandes [/ b], généralement via un droit cliquez sur l'icône de la barre d'état système. Sinon elles risquent d'interférer avec nos outils. Si vous avez des difficultés invalidantes correctement vos programmes de protection, se reporter à ce lien ici
- Double-cliquez sur ComboFix.exe & Suivez les invites.
- Acceptez l'avertissement et permettent de mettre à jour si elle demande
- Lorsque vous avez terminé, il doit produire un journal pour vous.
- S'il vous plaît inclure le C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.[/ b]
Notes :
1. ne pas clic de souris la fenêtre de Combofix pendant son exécution. Qui peut provoquer son décrochage.
2. ne pas "re-run" Combofix. Si vous avez un problème, réponse retour pour obtenir des instructions supplémentaires.3.
