EAS Logs - Unable to connect to the server

I'm trying to view the Avast log files through the Enterprise Administration Console. Any log file that I try to view, I get an error in Firefox stating that it is unable to establish a connection with the server. I haven't tried to view any log files in quite some time so I'm not sure how long this feature stopped working. However, when we initially rolled out Avast, it definitely did work as I used to view the status of remote installs as well as other log file information. Firewall is currently turned off so I know it isn't an issue with the port being blocked by the firewall. Thoughts?
