Customer call support

I have been using Avast free for almost a year.  Today I decided to go to the pro version and having some difficulties with my computer and avast automatically updating I decided to delete it and just redownload. No a big deal. Until I didn't have my activation code. So I call in to have them assist me. Gave my name and call back number....standard stuff...and he was obviously put off by my response when he asked for my order number as I didn't have it :-\. Like I said computer problems while downloading. As I am talking to him I get my email up and say oh never mind I have it now....he hung up on me >:(! What a great first impression :o.

The majority of us feel the "third party" support a farce.

To have your purchased license re-sent to you using the same email
you provided when you first bought the license use this form.
