Clicked on the backup and restore button twice. It took me to play store each time, then after 10 seconds or so, it returned to the avast interface. Third attempt it let me read it on play store.

First you must install Avast Mobile Backup & Restore from play store.After that you can use backup feature.

Thats what I was trying to say - it closed play store before I could even think about installing it!!!

well, we just call the Play application, but we do not close it.. how exactly it happens? Which device&&android version? Thanks.
