I do not know if it was an Avast update or a Windows update that caused this issue, but about a week ago, Outlook 2010 crashed and when it came back up there was a notice that said that it had a problem with the Avast addin and did I want to open Outlook without the addin. The only way Outlook would open would be to have the addin disabled. Now in Outlook, emails come in labeled *** SPAM *** and they show up in the Inbox. That's not so much of a problem, I just created a rule that sends the *** SPAM *** emails directly to the Junk Mail Folder, but this used to just happen automatically for me without the new rule.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Tim
