I was wondering if there's is a way, using arguments, to have aVast antivirus to a full scan of my local discs when launched.

If you have the PRO version you can shedule a scan.
If you have the home version, you can use the tasksheduler to do so.
This has been explained in another thread.
Please use the search option on this board before asking.

Scheduling is only available in Professional version.
To schedule automatic scans in Home version: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=2;action=display;threadid=3796
