You also shouldn't advertise your email on a public forum unless you want it harvested by spammers.

my trouble:
step 1. click the 'optimize my PC' button
step 2. downloading   //Right here, waiting for a long time, and then prompt the download fails.

What os/sp?
Are you using wifi or cable?
