Just being rolled out in the nightly version, coming soon to the new tab in your firefox browser.
Firefox needs ads-income, so they pretend adtiles aren't real ads.
If you have firefox to avoid ads and Adblocking installed you want to disable this feature right?
How do I turn it on/off?
You can turn off Enhanced Tiles by clicking on the gear icon on the top right corner of the new tab page, and selecting Classic to show only unenhanced History Tiles or Blank mode, which turns the Tiles off.
